Message	Too bad everyone here ignores that. Ironically, the drivers in Mexico have more road manners than here in Texas. We drove down there and I was pleased to discover that people signalled, and when you signal, they let you in. Also, people stay in the right lane. They move over to pass, then come back to the right. Very refreshing. At least it was that way in the northern part up and around Monterrey.
